About the course
This nationally recognised unit provides the skills and knowledge required to work safely at heights in the resources and infrastructure industries. Participants will learn to identify fall hazards, select and inspect fall prevention and arrest equipment, apply safe work practices when working at heights, and respond to emergencies. Training combines theory with practical skills training to ensure competency in working safely at heights.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However you must provide three forms of identification to finalise your enrolment. Learners must be at least 16 years of age to undertake assessment.
