About the course
This nationally recognised unit provides the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty. Participants will learn to assess emergency situations, manage a range of injuries and illnesses, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Training is delivered through face-to-face theory and practical scenarios to ensure participants are confident to respond in a workplace emergency.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However you must provide at least one form of identification to finalise your enrolment. Learners must be at least 16 years of age to undertake assessment.
