This course is designed for individuals seeking the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain a licence to operate a forklift truck. You will learn the theory around safe work requirements and practice your skills through hands-on training before being formally assessed. Training covers pre-operational inspections, load handling, safe travel, stacking procedures, and relevant legislative requirements.
Entry requirements
There are no entry requirements but you will need to provide three forms of ID before your enrolment can be finalised. Learners will need to be at least 18 years of age to undertake the assessment.
