About the course
This nationally recognised unit provides the skills and knowledge required to operate a water vehicle to load, haul and distribute water across construction and mining sites. Participants will learn to conduct pre-start checks, operate the vehicle safely to site conditions, manage dust suppression and soil compaction tasks, and carry out shutdown and housekeeping procedures. Training is delivered through a combination of theory and hands-on practical activities.
Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, you must provide three forms of identification to finalise your enrolment. Learners must be at least 16 years of age to undertake assessment.
